thing of beauty

Ok, I realize that no one cares what I had for lunch, but is this not a thing of beauty? One of the best things about living in Chicago(land) is being able to get Lou Malnati’s. When I lived in California, I had Lou’s delivered to me (they deliver anywhere in the U.S.) once in awhile, but it’s so much better having it fresh out of the oven from Lou’s. L.A. doesn’t really have pizza; they have California Pizza Kitchen. New York pizza can be good, I admit, but I really think there’s nothing like Chicago deep dish. What’s the best pizza you’ve ever had?

Om nom nom nom. That looks delicious. Are those green olives? I am an equal opportunity pizza eater – deep dish, thin crust, whatever. If it’s got cheese and a breadlike substance, I’ll eat it.

  5. If you ever want to go to Lou’s for lunch, the one on Lincoln Ave. has a quick lunch special.
